About Dublin Crew

Dublin Crew is a club team, welcoming students from all area high schools in grades 7-12.

No experience* is necessary.

There are no tryouts and no one is cut.

Our 4 Squads:

  • Varsity Women
  • Varsity Men
  • Novice Women
  • Novice Men

U.S. Rowing rules dictate that rowers become varsity after one calendar year—regardless of their year in school.

Year-Round Practices & Competitions:

  • Fall
  • Winter
  • Spring
  • Summer*

Participation year-round is not required.

*Dublin Crew also offers week-long summer Learn to Row programs for new rowers entering grades 7-12.

Dublin Crew is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by membership By-Laws and run by volunteer board members.

Dublin Crew’s mission is to inspire and enable our members to achieve excellence in the sport of rowing and in life.

Dublin Crew’s vision is to administer competitive rowing in accordance with U.S. Rowing, the national governing body the sport of rowing in the United States. We provide programs and services for our members, supporters, and the interested public. We value these members of the rowing community and the staff and volunteers who serve them. We are committed to excellence and the improvement of our sport. We are committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all members.
