Four Squads, Four Seasons

Dublin Crew consists of four squads: novice women and novice men, varsity women and varsity men.

Rowing is a year-round sport. Dublin Crew practices and competes in the spring, summer, fall and winter (indoor conditioning and regattas on erg machines).

US Rowing rules dictate that you become a varsity rower after one calendar year from the first day you row.

For those new to the sport or unsure of making a commitment, we offer a Learn to Row program consisting of three one-week sessions. Enroll in one or more to learn if the sport is a "good fit."

Check out parent volunteer opportunities.

Parent Volunteers are Needed!

Dublin Crew is run by parent volunteers under the governance of our bylaws and a board of directors. The help of committed parents ensures that Dublin Crew coaches can focus their attention on our athletes.

As with any competitive sport, there are many volunteer roles that must be filled on a regular basis. Sign up for a year-long position, a seasonal or regatta assignment or lend a hand on committees and at regattas. Volunteering is a fun way to meet more people!
